"Her Morning Elegance" by Oren Lavie, Yuval & Merav Nathan
Apart from animation, there is another type of creation that could fall under a short film concept: music video, or as we call it in Europe - video clip.
A truly beautiful song by Oren Lavie and video by Yuval & Merav Nathan: "Her Morning Elegance". Spanish readers will surely recognize the directors for their national lottery commercials.

"Le technicien" by Simon Olivier Fecteau
I was thinking lately about all the things you see on the news. And there's no good news these days. I made a song and video-clip about it.
And then I found this film. "Le technicien" by Simon Olivier Fecteau. Great idea and approach on it. I dedicate this to Andrea, who was also preoccupied about the subject. Here's a little hope.
With English subtitles.

Hello World!
Hello World!
I created this blog because I felt there is a genre in the cinema that is as important and present as unnoticed: short film. As for unnoticed, of course, there are festivals and contests dedicated to short films, but comparing to cinema industry, it still occupies a small part in the media. On the other hand, thanks to the Internet, we can appreciate some of great work from directors we wouldn't know about if it wasn't for the web.
So, this blog will be a library of short films found on the Internet that in my opinion should be known more than they are.
